No Way Out – Syrian Crisis Analysis

CUOGIAHWcAIzyN8

Feeling especially emotional on the issue at the moment.

Will we allow to grip the West? To treat the way Jews were treated by Nazi Germany? Internment camps? Tough screening?

Anti-Arab sentiment a tradition of the West. Hollywood typecasting of ; orientalist oversimplification of otherwise rich Arab culture.

This should also be classified as anti-semitism, since the word includes all Semitic linguistic groups: Arab, Hebrew, Aramaic, etc.

As if the West didn’t help to create this problem.

The solution is America butting out.

has carried on ‘s torch of . By butting out of the Middle East, reform and stability could be possible.

Neither reform nor stability will envelope the Middle East because that is against US interests.

Democracy or reform, will not be brought by the Americans to the Arab world and it never has been.

As soon as butts out, the can enjoy its and an environment conducive to ; what form it may take.

Note America’s overthrow of democratically elected leaders in and . Stop the ignorance and propaganda.

Daesh should thus be called Wahhabi State of Saudi Arabia, given SA has support of Levant & Iraq combined.

The mere existence of the entity of the “Kingdom of Saudi Arabia” like the “State of Israel” is an imprint of a colonial past.

The guilt of the US is in knowing its negligence and greed essentially enabled Wahhabism. Mainly the policies of the .

Hollywood liberalism and mega church conservatism have suppressed the moderate center in US politics.

Arabs are constantly viewed through the spectrum of culture & tribal lifestyle. This is orientalist, & prejudiced in nature.

If America was actually secular, it would have sided with Palestine long ago. But Christian ultranationalism has pushed it closer to Israel.

Secularism promotes religious tolerance & diversity whereas US ultraconservatives & Israeli politicians promote ethnocentrism and theocracy.

The sensitivities of religion have been exploited for the sake of resources and preservation of global imbalance via democratic-crusaderdom.

All in all, the more power the indigenous populations of Syria and elsewhere in the world are able to wield using the natural resources, geopolitical positioning, and collective unity as leverage, the better chance the country has at mitigating foreign exploitation. This would in turn provide greater political stability to Syria, and could essentially induce a more stable future. It could possibly usher more accountability in governance that could more appropriately address all aspects of Syrian livelihood; whatever “form” that mechanism for accountability may take. And it won’t be on the time watch or the standards of the West, or the East, which means its overall composition may be unique in form, democratic or not.

LYRICS:

A lot of has changed since we started this game,
used to reup from greg till bobby brought change,
zipped up never knew a half pound would bring us,
merry xmas, reigning presents from mount olympus,
me and my homies, jus conducting normal business,
aint worried bout the hoes cause all the sluts is seditious,
put they hands in places they not supposed to be cause they got sticky fingers,
get pushed back neighborhood hood rat,
got the good cap, from the homie ELI,
trips to tampa just to feed my ego enough,
head rushing up and down like a see saw,
on an airplane destination heaven yellin,
every story has an influence, leave somebody stuck till they ruins,
in the paint posting up like ewing,
federalis claim im dangerous human, they right,
puppets got us strung up i tell them boys to hang tight.

lil homie from the other side,
they been waiting for me long enough to keep me feeling right,
ever since i was younging i knew i could rhyme,
putting words together just like you and i,
remember when we used to cop just enough,
sitting back smoking up knowing the cops could rush,
at any minute, but honestly I couldn’t give a fuck,
A role model watch me throw both of my middle fingers up,
Staring at the tip jar Im still waiting for the bartender to fill the cup,
Pardon me, when I smoke, I can be a little blunt,
They been patiently waiting to watch a real kid stunt,
The devil is a cashier, waiting for him to ring me up,
With faisal picking basil out in India,
Assistant secretary first name Cynthia,
Picking her up when she got fired over from NPR,
for all her shortcomings like Glenn’s keytar.

Orientalism: How It Impacts America Today

There is an absence of mysticism in the West, a beautiful mysticism which allows the rest of the world to see beyond the limitations of ideological dogma.

Ideological dogma results in slavery, misery and conflict. In the west our dogmas range from capitalism to socialism, from Christian evangelism to wall street cronyism.

America is not a nation for white people. That is what Europe is for. Is that not geographically and historically correct? The presence of African Americans as well as Latino Americans and their cultures combined with the realities of slavery have created a new demographic of immigrants and indigenous that should be honored.

Diversity and individualism should be honored. Coming from Syria, being Armenian, I grew up in a household that taught me to embrace knowledge, literature, culture, and, perhaps most pressingly, to remain religiously curious, especially so as to avoid the dangers of religious fanaticism.

As I stated I am of Armenian descent, and I hold Syrian nationality. My struggle has been against zionism, imperialism, global ideological fanaticism, extreme ideological collectivism, anarchical-individualism, and such.

It seems the only taboo philosophy in the West is mysticism – and having come from the Orient, with both Syrian, Persian and Armenian influences, Islam has embodied that philosophy. And while American leftism has grown more tolerant of moderate Islam, there is still a great deal of backlash against leftist-Islam in the West and especially in the Middle East, where the dogmas of Sunni-inspired capitalism, Wahhabism and royalist are rampant.

Mystic Islam is a brand that promotes moderation in expression, unity in nation, and individualism within boundaries of ethics. The ethic is merely to remain loyal to God, so as to refrain from becoming too mentally self-absorbed to the extent of losing ones identity for the sake of

If this creed is upheld, the individual and the nation prosper and remain intact. Economically, politically and socially there would be no dogma. Te dogma of democracy, capitalism, socialism, Wahhabism, etc – would fall subservient to moderate Islam – thereby preserving nationalism and individualism.

I’m america we are inching closer and closer to this reality but it will require as much economic redistribution and socialism mixed with capitalism as possible to rebalance historical wrongdoings.

THE WORLD TO COME

A Struggling Syrian

Just ran into some fellow syrians at the Austin airport in Texas. They work for BEATS – RHYMES – RELIEF – a nonprofit organization that fundraises and raises awareness about the ongoing tumult in Syria. Almost a million refugees have been forced to relocate, and thousands of lives have been lost. The cause of the conflict is up to debate still – to the misfortune of many Syrians, especially the innocent victims. The ideological, religious, and ethnic divide in Syria has become more clear than ever – but there is no telling if these tensions preceded the crisis – or if they merely formed out of it. Fundamentalism is rampant in today’s world, from the pews of Utah – where evangelism and mormonism are the norm – to the Wahhabi districts of Saudi Arabia. This type of fundamentalism is pouring into Syria; whether it is in resistance to the Syrian government or merely a foreign plot. This is where the tale is at this moment – who is to blame? Well, I must say, it is extremely awkward to run into Syrians nowadays because I can feel the religious undertones gripping the consciences of every one of them even in the lightest of conversations. It is a really sad epidemic – this religious dogmatic fear-mongering-inspired prejudice. This phenomenon grips the whole world though – and has since the dawn of time – evident in conservative traditions and laws. The West struggles to break free from Judaic-Christian dogmatism in search for a lighter, more loving, peaceful (liberal) version; The East struggles to break free from an equally dogmatic militant-buddhist-ascetic and authoritatively indoctrinated atheism (from China to Malaysia to Myanmar); and in the Middle East; it is a struggle against the dogmas of Wahhabism, salafism, zionism, christian zealotry, self-righteous authoritarian theocratic Islamism (versus moderate Islam). Everywhere in the world, this struggle ensues; in all levels and scales; from minor conversations over coffee between friends and neighbors to the battlefields in Kashmir; philosophy collides. When all groups collide and there is no longer room for debate – when minds are freed and hate eradicated – it’ll give us purpose to live eternally basking in the struggle to maintain philosophical truth. The struggle is equally economic as much as it is social and religious – it is all in one. I guess that makes it beautiful – despite all the ugliness we see. But then again – there is a little beauty in ugliness – is there not?
